I was searching for a dental clinic that does Tooth extraction. I found this office close by so i called asked if they doing surgery for wisdom tooth the girl on the phone said yes and she booked me an appointment i went over there waited for more than 2 hours they just talking to each other not worry about The patients and some one came to me ask what i am there for i told him i need Tooth extraction.! he said ok i will gave you referral .! i explained to him that when i called and to make the appointment i told the girl on the phone that I needed Tooth extraction thats why i am here now !
He said i am sorry we only do Tooth extraction sometime and sometimes we don’t .!

The actual dentist was in and out so quickly I didn’t get to ask all my questions, but then I had the pleasure of meeting Rosa. She answered every question I had and together we came up with my dental plan. I feel lucky to have met her and know I’m in good hands! Latisha L

Posted On: 02/12/2025 I am extremely disappointed with the quality of care provided at this practice. Over the past few years, the overall experience has significantly declined. Wait times are excessively long, and there are no updates provided to inform patients of delays. Additionally, some staff members have been unprofessional, displaying rudeness and a lack of attentiveness.

I visited for tooth and jaw pain, yet the dentist spent only a few minutes with me and failed to conduct a proper examination, such as taking an x-ray. Instead, I was told everything seemed fine without a comprehensive assessment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice for those seeking thorough dental care.

Furthermore, I’ve had concerns about financial practices within this office. A close friend of mine, who was in urgent need of dental treatment, unknowingly had a $60,000 credit opened in her name. She believed she was simply signing up for a payment plan, only to discover later that the credit was immediately maxed out, leaving her with significant debt and incomplete dental work. This situation is deeply troubling and reflects a push for unnecessary services rather than prioritizing quality care.

I strongly urge others to consider alternative options to avoid potential financial and healthcare-related issues. M P

Posted On: 02/10/2025 I had a great experience with Isabella, Fara and Tara. They were very professional and they all made my experience as comfortable as possible. My denture fit was done and all the time I was calm and peaceful.They all helped me get the help I much needed. There was another man who was so pleasant also and put my fears at ease. They're beautiful people with a big heart. Alexander the hygienist was so gentle in my mouth. I felt so comfortable with her. She really do an indepth cleaning. I was so happy with my cleaning . Please visit you will be pleased with the service .. thank you everyone Marcia S
